The Sabar Challenge is the biggest Sabar dance competition in Europe. Six dance groups of Sabar students will battle on 11th June 2016 in the afternoon in Lola Luid! for the title of ‘Best Sabar group 2016’.

The dance presentations are being judged by jury members and Sabar experts: Pape Moussa Sonko and Issa Sow. After the competition, the evening program includes African bands from different countries, food, dance shows and a taneber. Traditional Senegalese dishes will be served. In the evening there is a Soirée Senegalaise with a special act/surprise band, where different dance groups will take the stage to perform and improvise.
